Why can't I download the Mochi App?arrow

You can download the app by visiting the App Store or Google Play and searching for “MochiVocab - Học Tiếng Anh”, then download the app to your phone.


MochiVocab supports Android and iOS 10.0 or higher. If your device is not compatible with the latest version of the app, you won’t be able to find or download MochiVocab.Instead, you can use the web version of MochiVocab which has all the same features as the app version.

What to do when opening the Mochi app but only seeing the logo?arrow

If, when opening the Mochi app, you encounter the situation where only the Mochi logo is displayed and you cannot access the main interface, please follow the steps below to fix it:


Step 1: Download and install the 1.1.1.1 app


For Android: Download here

For iOS: Download here

Open the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and search for the 1.1.1.1 app developed by Cloudflare, then install the app.


Step 2: Configure VPN on 1.1.1.1

  • Open the 1.1.1.1 app after installation.
  • Read and accept the app's terms of use.
  • Activate 1.1.1.1 by pressing the large button in the middle of the screen. You can choose "Use WARP" to enhance connection security.

Step 3: Restart the Mochi app


Make sure the Mochi app is completely closed

After activating 1.1.1.1, reopen the Mochi app and continue using it

Network connection is normal but can't access Mochi, what should I do?arrow

In this case, try one of the following three methods:


Step 1: Try logging in on a different device or switch to a different Wi-Fi network.

Step 2: Uninstall the app and reinstall it. After logging in, don't forget to fully reload your learning data

Step 3: If the above two methods do not work, report the issue to Mochi via this link: https://help.mochidemy.com/create-ticket. When reporting the issue, please provide your account information so the support team can check and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Why can't I log into the app?arrow

If you are having trouble logging in, please try the following steps:


Check your learning account email and password, ensuring you have entered the correct information.

If you forgot your learning account password, use the "Forgot Password" feature to recover it via your registered email.

Check if your internet connection is stable.

Can I use one Mochi account on multiple devices?arrow
Yes! You can absolutely use one Mochi account on multiple devices. Just log in with the same account on different devices, and you can continue learning without interruption.
Mochi app crashes, what’s the fix?arrow

If the app crashes while in use, try the following steps:


Restart your device.

Update Mochi to the latest version.

If the issue persists, report the error to the Mochi support team via the page: https://help.mochidemy.com/create-ticket, along with a brief description and the information of the device you are using.

Why did my payment on Mochi fail?arrow

If you encounter this situation, please follow these steps:

Check your payment details in the transaction history of your bank account or e-wallet to ensure the transaction was completed

Take a screenshot or save any payment evidence such as receipts or transaction details.

No sound or slow playback during review, what should I do?arrow

If you encounter this issue, try the following steps:


Restart the app or your device

Make sure you are using the latest version of the app, if not, update it right away.

Can't find the save button when looking up words, how to fix it?arrow

If you notice the missing save button when looking up words, you can report it to Mochi so the technical team can add this feature! Follow these steps:

Looking up words but missing audio, how to fix it?arrow

If you notice missing audio when looking up words, you can report it to Mochi so the technical team can add the audio for that word! Follow these steps:


Take a screenshot of the interface showing the word without audio.

Send a bug report via the page: https://help.mochidemy.com/create-ticket, along with the screenshot and a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing. Mochi will quickly check and fix this issue to improve your learning experience!

How to report grammar or spelling errors to Mochi?arrow

If you notice grammar or spelling errors in the learning content, you can report them by following these steps:


Take a screenshot of the content with the error.

Send a bug report via the page: https://help.mochidemy.com/create-ticket. Don't forget to attach the screenshot and include a brief description of the error you encountered!

Why doesn't the total number of review words match the number of learned words?arrow

The total number of words in the 5 level columns only includes words that are in the active (review) state. The total number of words you have learned includes both active words and those in "hibernation."

So, if you see a discrepancy between the two numbers, it's because some words have been "hibernated" and don't appear in reviews.
