You can download the app by visiting the App Store or Google Play and searching for “MochiVocab - Học Tiếng Anh”, then download the app to your phone.
MochiVocab supports Android and iOS 10.0 or higher. If your device is not compatible with the latest version of the app, you won’t be able to find or download MochiVocab.Instead, you can use the web version of MochiVocab which has all the same features as the app version.
If, when opening the Mochi app, you encounter the situation where only the Mochi logo is displayed and you cannot access the main interface, please follow the steps below to fix it:
Step 1: Download and install the 1.1.1.1 app
For Android: Download here
For iOS: Download here
Open the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and search for the 1.1.1.1 app developed by Cloudflare, then install the app.
Step 3: Restart the Mochi app
Make sure the Mochi app is completely closed
After activating 1.1.1.1, reopen the Mochi app and continue using it

Check your payment details in the transaction history of your bank account or e-wallet to ensure the transaction was completed
Take a screenshot or save any payment evidence such as receipts or transaction details.

Restart the app or your device
Make sure you are using the latest version of the app, if not, update it right away.
Clear the app's cache.

If you notice missing audio when looking up words, you can report it to Mochi so the technical team can add the audio for that word! Follow these steps:

If you notice grammar or spelling errors in the learning content, you can report them by following these steps:
Take a screenshot of the content with the error.
Send a bug report via the page: https://help.mochidemy.com/create-ticket. Don't forget to attach the screenshot and include a brief description of the error you encountered!
The total number of words in the 5 level columns only includes words that are in the active (review) state. The total number of words you have learned includes both active words and those in "hibernation."
So, if you see a discrepancy between the two numbers, it's because some words have been "hibernated" and don't appear in reviews.
